A long-time District of Wonders contributor, Simon is taking up the mantle of host for Protecting Project Pulp. Web developer by day, he devotes all of his remaining time to experimenting with the best way to build robots, write computer games, and raise a precocious son. He has no fear of immortality, as it might be the only way he’ll find to time to push some of his projects through to completion.

Frederic Himebaugh has worn many hats for the District of Wonders: commentator, book reviewer, narrator and song writer. His latest role is that of assistant editor of Protecting Project Pulp.

Fred’s latest song “Abraham Lincoln Was an Invader from Space” can be found on Youtube. Fred’s story “Dear Son” can be read at Every Day Fiction and it appears on their top-rated stories list.

Since becoming editor of this podcast, the fauna of the pulp fiction world have begun to wander into his real life: corpses in the basement; space aliens on the back lawn; teenagers in the pantry; and the like. You can read about these ongoing encounters on his Facebook page and on Twitter.
